Sleeping is a favorite pastime for many people. We also sleep a third of our lives. However, sleep can be frustrating when you are struggling with sleep problems. Sleep problems can include trouble asleep and maintaining sleep. Here are 20 tips that sleep may be able to lend a hand.

Sleep disorders

These sleep problems may comprise both falling asleep or maintaining sleep. An average man has between seven and eight hours of sleep per day. At the time, for example, this is not possible by the sleep there is a lack of sleep. Due to this lack of sleep one does not feel very fit and this could cause health risks. Problems can arise as difficulty concentrating, hallucinations and irritability, but too little sleep can also contribute to ensuring overweight and can lead to depression.

  • Do not drink coffee or tea, the last two hours before bedtime.
  • Do not drink alchol, the last two hours before bedtime.
  • Smoke the last two hours before bedtime no cigarette.
  • Wake up every day at a fixed time on.
  • Useful your evening meal not too late.
  • Beware, it is not too hot in the bedroom.
  • Use your bedroom only for sleeping.
  • Provide warm colors in your bedroom.
  • Your bedroom should be adequately ventilated.
  • Do relaxation before bedtime.
  • Take a cup of warm milk before bedtime.
  • Get plenty of exercise throughout the day.
  • Go iederdag out.
  • Maintain a daily sleep ritual.
  • Provide a good mattress.
  • Do not go snacking before bedtime.
