FIRST DAY

Breakfast

Before breakfast, drink a glass of water at room temperature. It is always a healthy gesture that should become a habit. After half an hour treat yourself to a healthy and nutritious breakfast with a yogurt, a green apple and a cup of coffee with honey.

Snack

An Apple.

Lunch

Risotto with radicchio; carpaccio of bresaola and arugula dressed with extra virgin olive oil.

Merenda

An Apple.

Dinner

180 grams of baked red snapper; a baked apple flavored with cinnamon.

SECOND DAY

Breakfast

After the usual glass of water we can enjoy again one plain yogurt, an apple and three slices wholemeal bread. If we need to add a cup of coffee using honey as a sweetener.

Snack

An Apple.

Lunch

Pumpkin cream. A boiled egg.

Merenda

An Apple.

Dinner

Turkey fillet with green beans steamed.

THIRD DAY

Breakfast

A glass of water on an empty stomach. Three slices wholemeal bread; a yogurt white skinny; an Apple; coffee with honey.

Snack

An Apple.

Lunch

Wholemeal pasta with zucchini and shrimp. Grilled vegetables seasoned with extra virgin olive oil.

Merenda

An Apple.

Dinner

Chicken fillet grilled. A slice of apple pie and cinnamon.

During the three-day diet it is best to drink only water.
