Pets are often your best friend. But did you know that having a pet is beneficial to your health? According to studies which have been carried out by medical professionals, pet owners can a variety of ways to take advantage of the presence of their pet.

Improving the cardiovascular health.

It has been proven that pet owners have lower blood pressure and cholesterol do not have pet owners. These factors reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Stroking a pet is hypotensive and a new study suggests this benefit also appears to continue if the pet is not around.
