With these seven days of very meat menus, the protein diet allows you to lose three kilos in a week. A slimming program concocted by Dr. Reginald Allouche.

Your week-protein menus

Monday

  • Breakfast: coffee, tea without sugar, 4 slices whole-grain bread, 1 butter, 1 yoghurt 0%
  • Lunch: 1 sirloin steak, green beans, 1 apple
  • Snack: coffee, tea without sugar, 1 cheese
  • Dinner: lanyards duck ratatouille

Tuesday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 4 slices of pumpernickel bread, 1 butter, cheese 1
  • Lunch: roast beef, broccoli, plain yogurt 1 0%
  • Snack: coffee, tea without sugar, 1 cottage cheese 0%
  • Dinner: 1 grilled tuna steak, Provencal tomatoes, 1 yoghurt 0%

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 1/4 baguette tradition, 1 butter, 1 yoghurt 0%
  • Lunch: 1-5% chopped steak, ratatouille, 1 yogurt
  • Snack: coffee, unsweetened tea, petit-suisse 1 0%
  • Dinner: 2 slices of cold roast, 1 plate of green salad, cottage cheese 1 0%

Thursday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 4 slices whole-grain bread, 1 butter, 1 yoghurt 0%
  • Lunch: 1 bavette with shallots, green beans, 1 natural yoghurt 0%
  • Snack: coffee, unsweetened tea, 1 cheese
  • Dinner: grilled chicken 1 white, 1 Steam fennel, 1 natural yoghurt 0%

Friday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 4 slices of pumpernickel bread, 1 knob of butter, plain yogurt 1 0%
  • Lunch: 1 salmon fillet in foil, baked tomatoes, 1 white cheese 0%
  • Snack: coffee, unsweetened tea, plain yogurt 1 0%
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, spinach, 1 yoghurt 0%

Saturday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 1/4 baguette tradition, 1 butter, 1 yoghurt 0%
  • Lunch: 1 grilled rump steak, zucchini, 1 white cheese 0%
  • Snack: coffee, unsweetened tea, 1 yoghurt 0%
  • Dinner: 2 slices of cooked ham, lettuce, cottage cheese 1 0%

Sunday

  • Breakfast: coffee, unsweetened tea, 4 slices whole-grain bread, 1 butter, 1 white cheese 0%
