The deathbed

If one is on the deathbed is should be the last witness, la illaha illallah to say. One needs a dying here as bystanders also like to recall. This is because the Prophet Muhammad has said that if this is someone's last words, he will enter Paradise. Attendees should conduct entreaties and only speak the good. Other matters such as reciting the verse Yassine or lay sick toward Mecca, therefore, no evidence from Islamic sources and they should let these things whatsoever.

Moment of Death

If the person dies his eyes are closed and still supplication can be made. One can also cover the dead with a robe from head to toe, unless it is located in a pastured state. The head of that ?? one person may not be covered. The deceased should be buried in the land where he died. This is the original verdict, following the sunnah that teaches it to the dead to be buried as soon as possible. The family of the dead man's debts must be paid off as quickly as possible.

The washing of a dead

The following items must be observed when it comes to the washing of the dead:
  • This should be done as quickly as possible.
  • He or She is three times or more crops.
  • Do you have more than three times or an odd number.
  •  In addition to water, one may use soap or yoyoba leaves.

Whoever ablution performed awaits a great reward, if there held that two conditions.
  •  When negative things coming forward, during washing, it should not be passed on. Indeed, there are signs which one may deduce whether a person will enter Hell or Paradise. This can manifest itself in the smell of the deceased or blasting, or blackening of the face. Once a person who performed the washing should not tell such things.
  • Abluting solely to the good pleasure of Allah. One should have no profit interest.

  • It is recommended to do a big wash. The only one that can not be washed, the martyr.

    Truly robes

The dead should after washing in a winding sheet to be fully wrapped. The kaffan must be paid with the money of the dead.
With regard to the winding sheet a number of things are desirable:
  • It is to be white

  • Funeral

The dead man is carried to the grave, and it is allowed, that people in a procession called shadowing to the grave. This so one can reflect on the death and in memory of the dead. This reminder is an important fact, to create the awareness that things should not delay, because it can be done anytime.
Whoever walks along in the procession must not be guilty of things that are against the sunnah. Examples of prohibited goods include cry loudly, lighting of incense or the voice lift by doing slogans. The latter loathed the companions during a funeral procession. Even more to the Islamic principle, is hiring a music band that moves along in the procession.
It is recommended at a brisk pace to go to the grave. No matter where you walk, with views on the dead. Front, back, left or right in the procession.

    The funeral prayer

For a deceased person dead prayer should be performed. Unless it is a martyr. The prophet Mohammed did not perform the prayer for the martyrs of the battle of Uhud.
For a person during his lifetime, stood prayer should be performed in sin. It has been discouraged for the people of knowledge and scholars to lead the prayer. The Prophet kept himself because also here. There are many traditions in which the Prophet to the state of the dead early. When people spoke highly of him he led the prayer. If they spoke ill of the dead, he did not do it and did another. If there is not a person prays it can be done later at the tomb of the deceased.
A funeral prayer should be done jointly. One speaks of a group if at least three people are present. The more people, the better for the dead. The prophet says, because if 40 pious monotheistic people perform the prayer for the dead, God will hear their voice about this person.
Dead prayer is performed standing in its entirety and prayer consists of four units, or four takbierat. They performed takbierat al-Ihram and they place their hands on the chest and then the verse al-Fatiha made with a soft voice. Then they conducted the second Takbeer. After the second Takbeer, the prayer recited Ibrahim. Then the remaining takbierat and between the third and fourth Takbeer a plea is made for the dead. All this with a pure intention. It concludes with the tasleem.

    The grave

The grave is deep, wide and dug well to be finished. It is preferred that the men who are family members of the dead, the dead bear in the grave. A man may bring his own wife in her grave, except the night before he had intercourse with her. The deceased is placed on his right side facing Mecca. While placing people say Bismillah wa ?? a la sunati walla Rasulullah. One can retarded people condole with soothing words. An innovation is that it is said that this must be done within three days. This can also thereafter. Based on the lessons of Abu Ismail relying on the sources of Islam.
