Ingredients for 4 people:

1 watermelon
2 cucumber
200g feta
Mint
Lemon
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Cut into cubes watermelon and cucumber slices themselves quartered. Place in a bowl. Add crumbled feta and chopped mint. Add salt and pepper. Pour the lemon juice. Fresh taste.

The balanced but consistent salad

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people:

250g of green lentils
200g feta
20 cherry tomatoes
Sherry vinegar
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Cook the lentils as indicated on the package. Pour into a bowl. Add crumbled feta and cherry tomatoes cut in half. Drizzle with sherry vinegar. Add a few parsley leaves. Season with salt and pepper.

The surprising salad

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people:

400g fresh spinach
200g strawberries
2 fresh goat logs
40g of nuts
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Balsamic velvet
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Place the lettuce in a large bowl. Add strawberries washed and cut in half, crumbled goat cheese, walnuts and sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper. Mix olive oil and vinegar. Pay at the time of tasting.

4 nectarines
20 small mozzarella balls

Preparation:

600g sirloin

2 c. in s. rice vinegar
1 c. c. sugar
1 c. c. chili powder
200g fresh spinach
200g of red oak leaves
1 red onion
20 cherry tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Pour into a bowl the Nuoc Mam sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and chilli powder. Mix. Cook the meat to taste. When cooked, cut into very thin strips. Place the slices of beef in the sauce and marinate.

In a bowl, pour salad, red onion sliced, tomatoes halved cherry and meat. Add salt and pepper.
