- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French salad dressing
- 1/2 tablespoon Atjar Tjampoer
- 2 teaspoons sweet pickle cubes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onions
- tip salt
Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk very well. You should keep stirring until it is completely. So no streaks but an even color. If you've done that you cover the dish with foil and put it in the refrigerator for about 30-45min. This causes all the flavors blend smoothly.
- 1 regular size soft sesame seed bun
- 1 regular size soft bun
- 2 Beef burgers excessive Roll
- 2 tablespoons Big Mac sauce that we made earlier
- 2 teaspoons dried onion slices
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of gherkin
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Step 1: Cut both rolls through the middle and discard the top of the normal soft roll away. You now have three half rolls over. The bottom of the normal soft roll and the upper and bottom of the sesame bun. Grate all these three briefly in a sandwich iron or toaster for a crispy crust.
Step 2: Cook the beef burgers of 'raw' to 'well done' it depends on your own taste now and what you want. Personally, I always go for the more well-done.
Step 3: Now take the three half rolls with it that you toasted. Put about a tablespoon of Big Mac sauce that we made previously on the lower part of the normal soft sesame bun and roll.
Step 4: Now put on the two half rolls with sauce each a little lettuce. On the lower part of the sesame bun comes on the turn the slice of cheese and the usual sandwich at the turn of the two pickle slices.
Step 5: Now place the cheese and pickles each burger. Now take careful normal soft bun with all the lay this on top of the lower part of the sesame bun.
Step 6: Place the top of the sesame bun on top. Now you're ready to feast on your own Big Mac!
Good luck with cooking.
