Psalm 3 is the song of King David repents true to HaShem and thereby prevents depression. Preventing a depression is important because depression can lead to sin. Eternal how many are my oppressors. Many are rising up against me. Many say of me: There is no help for him in God. Sela.Maar You are a shield for me, You keep me alive and raise my head. I cry aloud to the Lord than he answers my of His holy hill, Selah. I'm going to lie, I slept, I awoke, for the Lord gives me support. Depression is not a sin, but sin of depression brings greater harm than the sin itself. When a person is hit by a depression is all growth in danger.
